How Shipping Works
We are committed to delivering your orders safely and efficiently across India and internationally. Review our processing timelines, delivery estimates, tracking updates, and important shipping notes below.
Processing
Order Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Wholesale and bulk orders may require additional processing time depending on quantity and customization. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
India
India Shipping
Estimated delivery time: Metro Cities 3–6 business days, Other Cities & Towns 5–9 business days, Remote Areas 7–12 business days. Shipping partners include Delhivery, Shiprocket, India Post, and other trusted courier partners. COD is available only in selected serviceable locations within India.
International
Global Delivery
We proudly ship to the USA, Europe, UK, UAE, Canada, Australia, and other selected countries. Estimated delivery time: USA & UK 5–10 business days, Europe 6–12 business days, UAE 4–8 business days, and other countries 7–15 business days. Customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or local handling charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Support
Charges, Tracking, and Claims
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on location, parcel weight, order volume, and shipping method. Exact charges are shown before payment. Once shipped, tracking details are sent via WhatsApp, email, and SMS when applicable.
Bulk & wholesale shipping
Shipping timelines may vary depending on quantity. Special logistics arrangements may be used for bulk shipments, including international container and cargo shipping support for large orders.
Important notes
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary during festivals, high-demand periods, weather conditions, customs clearance, or courier delays. Customers must provide accurate shipping information. If a package appears damaged, record a proper unboxing video immediately and share it within 24 hours of delivery.
